Anello nocciola - Hazelnut ring

C'è un posto in cui le colline tutto intorno sono piantate a noccioli, tra fine agosto e settembre il frutto ormai è maturo, e i piccoli tondi gioielli marroni possono essere raccolti. Quel posto si chiama Giffoni e i preziosi, buonissimi frutti sono una categoria a sé, la tonda giffonese. Ecco questo anello mi ricorda quei buonissimi frutti.

Anello con grande bottone quadrato - Ring with a big square button

Un pomeriggio di fine estate c'era una serie di questi bellissimi bottoni quadrati sul tavolo. Abbiamo pensato che sarebbe stato sprecato utilizzarli semplicemente per chiudere una giacca, abbiamo iniziato a giocarci come fossero piccole sculture, bassorilievi, così è nata Des Trucs Dingues.

A late summer afternoon there was a series of these beautiful square buttons on the table. We thought it would be wasted simply use them to close a jacket, we started to play as if they were small sculptures, reliefs, so was born Des Trucs dingues.

Un bellissimo anello in toni azzurro blu - A beautiful blue tones ring

Un bottone blu cobalto con un riflesso bianco, un errore di produzione forse, è la base ideale per un bellissimo bottone in madreperla azzurro intenso che sfuma in graffi blu scuro. Non ha senso chiedersi se le imperfezioni sono volute o meno quando il risultato è esteticamente valido.
